P. C.:
This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging contempt of an order dated 28th November, 2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court. By this order, the Caste Scrutiny Committee was directed to decide the caste claim of the non-applicant within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of a order. It now transpires that even though there was some delay, the directions of this Court in the order dated 28th November, 2016 have been carried out by the Caste Aswale 1/2
