When the above Family Court Appeal is called out, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant/husband, as well as the Respondent/wife, who appears in person, have tendered the Consent Terms dated 18.07.2023. They have stated that they have resolved their disputes as set out in the Consent Terms. They have also both agreed in the Consent Terms that the marriage be dissolved by mutual consent.

The Consent Terms have been signed by the Respondent/wife as well as the Appellant/husband. In addition, the Consent Terms have also been signed by Shreeya Sanjay Kalwar, who is the daughter of the Appellant/husband and the Respondent/wife and who has now attained majority. All three parties are present in the Court today. They have stated that they have signed the Consent Terms after reading and understanding the same as well as the implications thereof. The Consent Terms have also been signed by the Advocate for the Appellant and have been verified before the Section Officer, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay. 3.

In these circumstances, the Consent Terms dated 18.07.2023 are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. There shall be an order and decree in terms of the Consent Terms. It is clarified that by virtue of this Consent Terms, the marriage between the Appellant/husband and the Respondent/wife stands dissolved by mutual consent.

The above FCA is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
