This Application is for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the order dated 04/08/2000 passed by the Jt. Charity Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune in Application under section 47 of the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 in respect of Shri Maruti Deo, Shree Bhairao Deo Temples, Songirwadi, Wai, Tq. Wai, Dist. Satara.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that they learnt about the order passed by Basavraj G Patil 1/2

203.15-caf the Jt. Charity Commissioner in the year 2014. Thereafter they taken immediate steps to prefer the present appeal. He submits that in the interest of justice, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay in filing the First Appeal. He submits that if delay is not condoned, irreparable loss, harm and injury will be caused to the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant has good chance of success in the present appeal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in paragraph 11 to 14 of the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Delay in preferring the First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
