After this petition was heard for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.

Keeping all contentions of the parties open on the merits of the plea as urged in the petition, petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of the ad-interim order passed by this Court, the petitioners are depositing an amount of Rs.6,000/- per month and shall continue to deposit the said amount.
