The Petitioner's prayer to amend the Petition so as to implead the School as party Respondent where he is working is allowed. The amendment is to be carried out during the course of the day.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that though the Respondent No. 2 - Institute where the Petitioner is serving has sent a proposal for approval of the Petitioner's appointment as "Assistant Teacher" on 28th April, 2015 (Exhibit D), but till date the said Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-19-wp-9296-2016.doc proposal has not been considered and decided. It is also the grievance of the Petitioner that his salary for the period from 28th April, 2012 to 27th April, 2015 excluding the salary of May, 2014 has not been paid. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid grievances, we dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 - Education Officer, Solapur to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's aforesaid grievances about the approval of his appointment as "Assistant Teacher" and non payment of his salary in the aforesaid period. The said authority to take decision on the Petitioner's proposal within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

The Petitioner may submit a fresh detailed representation with the supporting documents before the said authority. 6.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
