The appellants are the accused in Crime No. I 26 of 2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 447, 504, 506 of IPC, as well as Sections 3 (1) A (4) (10) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. This Court through it's order dated 3rd July 2018, granted an interim bail and it still continues.

2. The learned APP on instructions informs the Court that investigation has been completed, save the formal step of filing the Charge-sheet.

3. Under these circumstances, I find no reason to reject the applicants plea for anticipatory bail.

4. As a result, the order of this Court granted on 3rd July 2008 is made absolute. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal No. 559 of 2018 is disposed of.
