The Petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition making a grievance that the order dated 22 November 2009 is not complied with. It is now almost 15 years this order has been passed. Several developments have taken place in the meanwhile.

Considering the facts and circumstances, we do not find that this is a case to proceed under the Contempt jurisdiction. If the grievance of the Petitioner still subsist then it is open to the Petitioner to institute a substantive proceedings in that regard. 4.

With these observations, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
