The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the respondent is personally present in the Court and he accepts the correctness of the contents of the consent terms.

ORDER

Pallavi Mahendra Wargaonkar 1) Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms taken on

2) Award be drawn in terms of the consent terms within a period of one month from the date on which this order is uploaded. Writ as well as record and proceedings shall be forwarded to the reference Court within a period of two months from the date on which this order is uploaded;

3) The reference Court shall pass appropriate order regarding deposit of the amount and/or cancellation of bank guarantee; 4) Appellant will be entitled to refund of Court fees as per rules; 5) Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of.
