These are applications for modification of condition No.5(iv) imposed upon the applicants by this Court by its Order dated 8.1.2018 while releasing them on bail. The said condition reads as under:- "After their release form jail, the Applicants shall attend office of Crime Branch, Unit-I, Page-1/2

43-appp-597-18 Thane on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of trial.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that since their release from Jail the applicants are sincerely complying with the said condition and the applicants are attending the Trial Court on all occasions.

In view thereof, and the facts stated in the application, the applicants are hereinafter directed to attend the office of CBI, Unit I, Thane on every 1st Monday of the third month i.e. after every three months between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of trial. 4.
