Both these anticipatory bail applications are filed by accused involved in CR No.56 of 2018 registered by Yerawada Police Station, Pune for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 465, Page-1/3

468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian penal Code. Applicant in ABA No.970 of 2018 is protected by interim directions dated 10.5.2018 and applicant in ABA No.564 of 2018 is protected by order of this court dated 22.3.2018. While considering applicant's entitlement for interim relief, this court noted that, there are no specific allegations against any of the applicants allegedly misappropriation of funds. In these circumstances, the applicants were protected with directions to attend Investigating officer. Admittedly both the applicants are said to have attended Investigating officer.

While opposing applications learned APP. on instructions submits that, applicants specimen handwriting is to be obtained however could not give any reason as to why no such investigation was carried out when both the applicants were directed to attend Investigating Officer. In that view of the matter, as substantial investigation is complete and charge sheet is stated to be filed within a period of one month from today, interim directions dated 10.5.2018 and 22.3.2018 respectively passed in these applications stand confirmed. Applicants are however directed to attend Investigating Page-2/3

officer as and when called for till filing of charge sheet. 3.
