This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of the F.I.R. No.53 of 2014 registered with Bhoiwada Police Station, Mumbai at the instance of respondent no.2 for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners, however, made a Uday S. Jagtap

2164-14-wp=.doc statement that during the pendency of this petition, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 29th Court, Dadar, Mumbai has acquitted the accused persons by judgment and order dated 26th March, 2015. The Judgment and order dated 29th March, 2015 is taken on record.
