Counsel for the petitioners on instructions made a motion for withdrawal of the petition.

The petition as such stands disposed of as withdrawn.

However, it shall be open for the petitioners to take steps for summoning appropriate witness on the issue of income tax relatable documents of the respondent. As far as the order of no-cross is concerned, it is informed to have been passed on the last date. It will be interest of the petitioners to go ahead with the cross-examination for want of sufocient time the Court was unable to take the present proceeding for hearing on earlier occasion.

Counsel for the respondent in response to the Court's query submits that he shall co-operate on the said issue.
