Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition as Petitioner wants to avail of an alternate remedy of fling an Appeal under the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.
