Learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 submitted that the Petitioner had also filed a Suit before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur. The said suit was dismissed on merits. The Respondent No.1 has expired.

It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the proceedings. Hence, the Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
