This petition is filed making a grievance that the Respondents/Co-operative Societies Authority were not taking any action against former Managing Committee members of the Petitioner-Co-operative Housing Society.

The petition was filed on 3 May 2022. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that while the Petition was pending inquiry was conducted under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative JYOTI RAJESH MANE Societies Act, 1960, it was concluded and the report was also JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2023.09.11 17:34:39 +0530 Jyoti Mane 1 of 2

Since the Respondents have already submitted the report and are proceeding in the matter, it is not necessary for us to keep the Writ Petition pending. No doubt the Respondents Authorities will take the steps initiated by them by filing the report to its logical end.
