Learned Counsel for the applicant in present application submits that Caste Verification Committee has granted certificate of validity in favour of the applicant. Learned Counsel, therefore, prays for allowing the application in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.

Heard the submissions of learned Counsel Rodrigues appearing for the University. Learned Counsel submits that the University issued a degree certificate subject to compliance of other necessary formalities including payment of necessary fees.

We direct the respondent University to issue MMS degree certificate to the applicant for examination held in March 2013 under Roll No.38 MMS after the applicant complies with other mandatory requirements.
