The prisoner, in the year 2017, has sought expeditious completion of Sessions Case No.12 of 2014 registered against him. 2.

On 17th January 2020, learned APP was given time till today to make statement. Learned APP is still awaiting instructions. 3.

In this situation, we direct the trial court to expedite trial and attempt to complete it within eight months from receipt of this order. 4.

Order be served upon the prisoner in jail.
