This is an application for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail to the applicant vide order dated 18th December, 2018, passed in Criminal Application No.3099 of 2018.

Applicant was directed to attend Samta Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, once in a month on frst Saturday of the month between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., till further orders.

rpa 2/2 502-appp-757-19.doc It is contended that the applicant has complied the condition of reporting. He is attending the trial Court proceedings on the date of hearing of the case. It is inconvenient for him to attend the police station because he is required to go out of Mumbai to earn his livelihood.

Learned APP submitted that the condition of reporting was imposed after considering all the circumstances. Considering the fact that the applicant has complied the conditions after he is released on bail, in pursuant to order dated 18th December, 2018, the condition of reporting can be modifed to the extent that applicant shall report concerned police station once in three months on frst Saturday of frst month between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., till further orders. Criminal Application No.757 of 2019, stands disposed of accordingly.
