By an order passed by this court on 15th July, 2016, Shri Vasant V.Soanawane, former Ad-hoc District and Sessions Judge has filed a statement of disclosure in terms of section 11(8) read with section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and has agreed to act as a sole arbitrator. 2.

Mr.Siodia, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection if Shri.Vasant V.Sonawane is appointed as a sole arbitrator. Statement is accepted. 3.

The statement of disclosure filed by Shri Vasant V.Sonawane is taken on record and is accepted. Shri Vasant V.Soanawane, former Ad-hoc District and Sessions Judge is appointed as a sole arbitrator. 4.

There is no dispute that arbitration agreement exist between the parties. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
