The order dated 28.02.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Minister (Revenue) as a Revisionary Authority remanding the matter back to the Tahsildar for a de-novo consideration is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the concerned Tahsildar has heard the matter and closed the same for orders. However, the order is not being passed probably in view of the pendency of the above Petition. In the light of the aforesaid, there is no warrant to entertain the above Petition. The Petition is accordingly dismissed. The Tahsildar concerned, if the hearing is completed is directed to pass the order expeditiously.
