Learned Counsel for the applicant-insurance company submits that the entire compensation amount has already been deposited before the Commissioner of Employees' Compensation, Mumbai in Application (WCA) No.465/C-101/2013. He requested to grant stay. 2.

In view of aforesaid submission and nature of the subject matter as well as factum of depositing of entire compensation amount, there is no impediment to grant stay.

Accordingly, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 8th September, 2017 passed by the Commissioner of Employees' Compensation, Mumbai in Application (WCA) No.465/C-101/2013.
