The above Civil Application has been filed for effecting substituted service on the Respondent No.2 by publishing the notice into two local newspapers having circulation in Navi Mumbai. The said newspapers are "Navbharat Times" in Hindi and "Vashi Times/Hindustan Times" in English. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. The Applicant would publish the notice in the said local newspapers. Notice to indicate that the same is made returnable on 08.08.2016.
