None appears for either of the Appellants in the two connected appeals, which lay a challenge to a singular Order dated 21st June, 2007 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing Writ Petition No.470 of 2007 and Writ Petition No.8399 of 2006 filed by the Appellant of LPA No.243 of 2007 and the Appellant of LPA No.245 of 2007 respectively.
