On the application being taken out by the applicant-wife seeking transfer of the Marriage Petition No.A-1810 of 2019 filed by the respondent-husband from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaduj, District Satara and the respondent being served, he had put his appearance through learned counsel Ms. Pradhan. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions from AJN

2/2 45 MCA-144.21.odt the respondent-husband, records her no objection for transfer of the proceedings as sought in the present application, subject to a stipulation that the applicant-wife should attend the proceedings on every date and assist the court in culmination of the proceedings.

In the wake of the aforesaid consent being expressed, the miscellaneous civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads thus:

"b. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to transfer the proceedings of Marriage Petition No.1810 of 2019 lying on the file of Ld. 6th Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, District Pune to the file of Ld. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaduj, District Satara / District Judge, Vaduj, District Satara for further proceedings and hearing in the matter accordingly."

On transfer, learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, District Pune shall take steps to transmit the records of Marriage Petition No.1810 of 2019 lying on its file to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaduj, District Satara, forthwith. 5.

The miscellaneous civil application is disposed of in the aforestated terms.
