Heard learned counsel for the parties.

A limited request is made by the Petitioner for expeditious disposal of an interim application has been made by the Petitioner on 24.03.2021 in pending Matrimonial Petition before the Family Court at Bandra requesting for immediate ad-interim reliefs. The interim prayers which are sought by the Petitioner from the Family Court are at page 198 of the paper book. I have heard learned counsel for the Respondent-wife.

I fnd that the application for ad-interim reliefs/interim reliefs was fled on 24.03.2021. Considering the nature of the request made in this Petition and that the application was fled on

15.wp.2755-21.doc 24.03.2021, the Family Court is requested to hear the parties on the aspect of grant of ad-interim reliefs or on grant of interim reliefs itself expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from today. The parties to appear before the Family Court on 19.07.2021 when the Family Court may hear the application for grant of ad-interim reliefs/interim reliefs and fx a further schedule of hearing as per its convenience. The parties to co-operate with the Family Court in the expeditious disposal of the ad-interim/interim application. All contentions are kept open. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
