None for the petitioner when the matter was called out on 31st March 2017, on 23rd January,2018 and even today. 2.

With the assistance of the learned A.G.P. of respondent nos. 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the respondent no.5, I have perused the records and proceedings. Learned counsel for the respondent no.5 tendered a copy of the letter dated 28th November,2014 from the petitioner from the respondent no.5 which is signed, agreed and confirmed by the respondent no.5 by which the petitioner had requested the respondent no.5 to terminate right for exclusive use of the car parking spaces with immediate effect of the said letter dated 28th November,2014.

Mr.Rayrikar, learned A.G.P. invited my attention to the

kvm 2/2 921-WP5411.15 averments made by the respondent nos. 1 to 3 in the affidavit in reply dated 6th October,2015 and more particularly paragraph (12) thereof. In view of the writing dated 28th November,2014 and the averments made by the respondent nos. 1 to 3 in paragraph (12) of the affidavit in reply dated 6th October,2015, in my view nothing survives in this writ petition.
