The applicants had approached this court on the premise that no orders were passed against rejection of the interim application seeking pre-arrest bail. The main application has been withdrawn before the Sessions Court. The prayer in the present application has become infructuous, therefore the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further liberty to approach the Sessions Court. In view of this, the applicants shall be protected till 5.00 pm on 21st June 2018.
