After the matter was argued for some time, advocate for RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Applicant, on instructions, of both the accused states that the RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date: 2023.05.11 15:26:22 +0530 accused will deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) within a period of two weeks from today, and further sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs.Five Lakhs only) within a period of three weeks thereafter in this Court. After the said amount has been deposited, advocate for Applicant states that he will fle an affdavit stating that the entire amount (Rs.3,00,000/- + Rs.5,00,000/-) has been deposited along with payment receipts.

Advocate for Applicant states that the statement made in the earlier paragraph can be taken up as an undertaking given to this Court by Applicant.

2/3 20 aba 1409 of 2023.odt In view of the above, present Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed on the following terms and conditions: :: O R D E R ::

(i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in connection with C.R.No.65 of 2023, registered with Walvi Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) Applicant shall inform the investigating offcer his current residential address and mobile contact number and/ or change of residence or mobile number details, if any, from time to time;

(iii) In case the undertaking given to this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rs.Eight Lakhs only) is violated by Applicant, the bail granted today will automatically get cancelled on the date of such default, and police will take necessary action accordingly;

(iv) Applicant shall not contact the complainant and other witnesses or tamper with the evidence, in any manner.
