The Interim Application has been moved seeking modification of the order dated 3rd December, 2015 granting stay to the proceeding before the Trial Court. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and Respondents submit that the Interim application can be disposed of in view of the consensus which has been arrived at between the parties that instead of stay to the entire proceeding, the Trial court proceed with the hearing of the Exhibit -5 Application as well as the other Interim Applications which would be filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondents.
