This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 22 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and order dated 08.02.2016 passed by the Additional Chief Judge, Small Causes Court at Bombay in Municipal Appeal No. 124 of 2003.

For the reasons stated in paragraph No.5 of the Civil Application, the sufficient cause being made out for condonation of delay of 22 days, the application is allowed with no order as to costs. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 5.
