The civil application seeks to restrain the original petitioner from filling up the post of driver pursuant to an advertisement dated 2 June 2015. Learned counsel for the Petitioner University makes a statement that no steps are likely to be taken pursuant to

bsb 2 P1.CAW1602.15.doc the advertisement as the advertisement has been stayed by the State Government. Statement is accepted. Since the petition is pending for admission, place the petition on board as per its C.M.I.S. date i.e. on 29 January 2016.

In case, before the next date, stay is vacated by the State Government, the Petitioner shall immediately inform the same to the advocate for the applicant for him to take appropriate action. The other reliefs sought for by the Applicant in the civil application, will be considered at the time of hearing of the petition.

Civil application is disposed of.
