DATE : 16th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek writ of certiorari and for setting aside the final voters' list dated 21st April, 2022. The election programme is already issued. The election is proposed to be held tomorrow, i.e. 17th June, 2022.

In our view, this writ petition is not maintainable. The

Writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable on the ground of alternate remedy available in law.
