The applicant is in custody for almost four years. The applicant is the main accused.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, requested that since the applicant is in custody for four years, the applicant be enlarged on bail. Learned counsel for the applicant, however, argued for some time and on instructions, requested that the trial be expedited. 3.

Though I am not inclined to grant bail at this stage, the trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within one year. If the trial does not conclude by then liberty to apply for bail.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
