The above Civil Application has been filed seeking extension of time to decide the proceedings as directed by the order dated 03.02.2015. By the said order the Tahsildar concerned was directed to dispose of the proceedings within four months. The extension of time is sought for the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application. In my view, since the time to dispose of the proceedings has already expired, the concerned Tahsildar is directed to decide the proceedings latest by 10.08.2015 and not ask for further extension. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
