The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners on instructions of the second Petitioner who is personally present in the Court states that the Petitioners are not pressing this Petition. However, he submits that representation dated 7th August, 2012 a copy of which is annexed as page 43-A of this Petition be ordered to be considered by the authorities of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Accordingly, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order :-

ORDER

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. We direct the Chief Conservator of Forest and Director of Sanjay Gandhi National Park to decide the representation dated th August, 2012 (Exhibit-"L" to the Petition) as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of one month from the date on which an authenticated copy of this order is produced in the office of the Chief Conservator of Forest and Director of Sanjay Gandhi National Park. While considering the representation, the concerned authority shall consider the certificate dated 26 th September, 2012 which is part of Exhibit- "L" to the Petition. Order passed on the representation be communicated to the second Petitioner.
