By this Petition, the petitioner has challenged the enquiry proceedings and the order of removal of the petitioner from the service dated 7th April, 2014.

Without availing an alternate remedy for challenging the removal, the petitioner has rushed to this Court. It would be necessary for the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. Also, we find that there is misjoinder of causes of action, in as much as the petitioner has also sought a direction for permission to attend the classes for his PHD. The Writ Petition is dismissed, with no order as to costs. The points are kept open.
