Perused the order dated 22nd September, 2014 in criminal application no. 845 of 2014. It appears that due to some mis-understanding, the order could not be complied with Borey 1/2

spb/ 913appp471-15.sxw by the learned Magistrate and the Magistrate has proceeded with the complaint - case no. 110/SW/2011. It is, therefore, directed that the learned Magistrate shall follow the order dated 22nd September, 2014 passed in criminal application no.845 of 2014.
