The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the Suit No.176 of 2017 filed on the Original Side of this Court by the Petitioner based on title, the Petitioner society would not press the above Petition. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. Needless to state that the contentions of the parties are not dealt with and it is in the appropriate proceedings that the said contentions can be urged by the parties.
