Out of three unauthorised constructions carried out by Mr. Dilip Jain, Mr. Ramniklal Shah and Mr. Anant Patil, two unauthorised constructions carried out by Mr. Ramniklal Shah and Mr. Anant Patil have been removed in the year 2009 and the unauthorised construction of Mr. Jain could not be removed because initially he applied for regularisation and after rejection of the regularisation application, he filed an appeal and later on approached this Court by filing Writ Petition No.9306 of 2009, which was permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to make representation to the State Government. The representation so made by Mr. Jain came to be rejected and therefore Mr. Jain filed another writ petition in this Court, being Writ Petition No. 8787 of 2010, which was disposed of by the patilsr 1 / 2

order dated 4th August 2011 with permission to make fresh representation before the Revenue Minister. Accordingly, Mr. Jain has made a representation to the Minister, which is still pending for final disposal.

In view of the above, Mr. Sabban seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
