The only relief sought by way of the above Petition is a direction for an expeditious disposal of Notice of Motion No.813 of 2013. The direction is sought on the basis that the said Notice of Motion has been pending since the year 2013. It appears that the Chamber Summons No.895 of 2013, filed by the Plaintiffs, came to be allowed by virtue of which certain documents are allowed to be placed on record by the Petitioners/Plaintiffs. In my view, having regard to the fact that the Notice of Motion is of the year 2013, it would be just and proper to direct the Trial Court i.e. the Learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai to hear and decide the said Notice of Motion latest by 30-4-2015. The additional pleadings if any, to be filed latest by 28-2-2015. With the aforesaid directions, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
