The learned counsel for Respondent No.5 makes a categorical statement that the eligibility as regards the present Petitioner is not yet finalized. However, he is ready to pay the compensation at the same rate which is being paid to the other land holders subject to the outcome of the grant of eligibility.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to hand over the possession within a period of two weeks.

Before handing over the possession, the competent authorityV.A. Tikam 1/2
958-WP ST 14855 of 2018 Respondent No.3 to carry out the survey and carry out the measurements as contemplated in terms of the order dated 15th March, 2018. With this undertaking being recorded and the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
