Under Order dated 11th July, 2022, notice was issued to the respondents. The petitioners took Humdast and served upon respondent no.1.

The petitioners are seeking direction to decide their application dated 30th August, 2021, to the effect that lands are not the property of the wakf.

In case the application dated 30th August, 2021 is pending with respondent no.1 and if respondent no.1 is competent to decide it, then the respondent no.1 shall decide the said application on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferable within 6 months from the date of the communication of the present order to respondent no.1. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
