Mr. Gaurav Bhawnani, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the Criminal Bail Application for some time seeks withdrawal of the Criminal Bail Application. He states that as the Applicant is incarcerated since 1 year and 6 months, the trial be expedited.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Liberty is granted to the Applicant to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 8 months in case, there is no substantial progress in the trial.
