The learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to hand over the possession to Respondent No.5 within a period of two weeks. 2.

It is directed that before the possession is handed over, the competent authority i.e. Respondent No.3 would carry out the survey and do the measurements as contemplated in terms of the order dated 15th March, 2018 passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee in Appeal No. 367 of 2017.

With this undertaking being recorded and the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
