3] Perusal of record would indicate that, though the names of the applicants have been revealed by the co-accused during the course of investigation, however as observed in Order dated 10.5.2018 no specific role has been attributed to them. As far as their presence at the scene of offence is concerned, it is shrouded with ambiguity. 1/2
