Mr. Kamble, learned Counsel for Petitioners states that there is a dispute between Petitioners as well as certain others with regard to the title to certain plots of land and a civil suit between Petitioners and those third parties are pending. According to Petitioners, those third parties have illegally obtained permission to convert agriculture land to non-agricultural land when the title to the land is with Petitioners. We are not going into that aspect or consider any of those points, since the Petitioners are seeking in this Petition only a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the two applications of Petitioners dated 24th October 2021 and 30th April 2022. This is the limited relief that is sought.

Ms. Bhende, learned AGP states that the hearing has been fixed by Respondent No.2 at 11:00 am. on 18th October 2023 and notice Gaikwad RD

2/2 26-aswp-10062-2022.doc has been served on all parties including Petitioners as well as the third parties namely Adamji Yahyabhai Jasdanwala and others. A copy of the notice is also taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Ms. Bhende states that on 18th October 2023, the matter will be heard by Respondent No.2 and disposed in accordance with law. The order to be passed shall be a reasoned order dealing with all submissions of the parties. We express no opinion on the rival contentions.

In view of the above, Petition disposed.
