After having considered the admission given in the reply of the Zilla Parishad dated 22 nd November 2022, we see no impediment for Zilla Parishad in releasing the salary for the period from 6 th April 2013 to 18 th July 2013 to the petitioners. Accordingly, we direct the Zilla Parishad to pay the salary to the petitioners for the period from 6 th April 2013 to 18 th July 2013.

As regards the funds to be received from respondent no.2 by the Zilla Parishad, Pune, towards payment of salary to other 53 resource persons, we direct respondent no.2 to release the same as early as possible, if all necessary conditions are fulfilled.
