Mr. Naik, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Petitioner on instructions submitted that, during the pendency of present Petition, the Respondent No.1 has completed investigation of the present crime and submitted charge-sheet before the trial Court. 2.

He submitted that, as a matter of fact the Petitioner has already filed an application for bail before the trial Court below Exhibit-192 in Special Case No. 830 of 2021 on 23rd March 2023.

DAE 47-WP-1955-2022.doc He therefore, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to pursue bail Application filed by Petitioner below Exhibit-192 before the trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.

It is made clear that, the present Petition is disposed off on the basis of submission made by learned Senior Counsel for Petitioner and this Court has not adjudicated the issues involved in the present Petition. All the contentions of Petitioner are kept open to be raised before the trial Court in the said proceedings.
