Admittedly, even as per submission of learned Advocate for Applicants, after completion of investigation in the present crime i.e. C.R No.I-4 of 2022, dated 4th January 2022, registered with Mumbai Naka Police Station, Nashik, Police have submitted charge sheet. 2.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Applicants on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to file an application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C, before the Trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.

It is made clear that, present Application is disposed off on the ground that, Applicants are having substantive alternate remedy
