1) By an Order dated 13th June 2016 the applicant was granted interim relief. The reasons for granting interim relief have been elaborately mentioned in the said Order passed by this Court. By the said Order, the applicant was directed to attend the Investigating Officer and to join the process of investigation. The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court submitted that in pursuance of Order dated 13th June 2016, the applicant had attended the Investigating Officer and joined the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

Dond 2/2 aba.958-2016.sxw 2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by Order dated 13th June 2016 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet.
